Refund & Return Policy

Petopia Innovations LLC (“Petopia”) wants our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must not be opened or damaged
- Proof of purchase may be required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, opened pet supplements, wellness products, and certain hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of packaging or shipping damage
If approved, Petopia may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the refund transaction.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a Petopia error.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Petopia.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to shipping and handling deductions from any eligible refund.
